Transtioning Lifestyles and Changes are Senior Move Managers, in existence for 6+ years, professionals who specialize in assisting older adults and their relatives with the physical and emotional aspects of relocation. Nancy Ackerman is the founder of TLC. An Elder Care advocate, she is committed to working with seniors and their families. Nancy is a member of NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers), the Advisory Council Area Agency on Aging, and the Dade County Coaliton on Aging. She believes strongly in what she does and feels TLC’s services are unique to the ever increasing “Baby Boomer” and “Sandwich Generation,” as attested to by the overwhelming response from the general population and media in South Florida. Nancy and her team are available to provide support and services in your time of transition, whether it is across town locally, within the state or long distance move interstate.
